As the Head of P&O for IM US & US Country, Vicki supports IM US President, Victor Bulto and the IM US Leadership Team to transform the US organization to achieve the top five ambition. She also leads the US P&O Country Board.
Since June 2020, Vicki has held the role of Head, P&O US, prior to which she helped lead the transformation of Novartis’ Development Organization into what we now know as GDD - changing the operating model, establishing a culture of collaboration across multiple units, and appointing and coaching great leaders. Vicki’s deep, varied and international P&O leadership experiences from Oncology to Vaccines to GDD are of great value to the newly formed IM US organization.
